This just in.........Crawford is fast. What kinda stats do you guys seeing this guy finishing the year with?

i dont even think i could speculate as the guy is just being great fantasy wise this year.

but i do find it funny that tonight of all nights someone in my league is throwing all kinds of offers at me for crawford.

that is funny. It seems that a steal of home will catch the eyes of others. I have had a guy in my league begging me for him all year however, and i won't budge. He doesn't have Pujols, and I can't think of anyone else I'd trade him for.

I got him for a 2nd and a 3rd round pick before this season started in our keeper league. I was going into rebuilding mode (just took the team over and didn't like what shape it was in) so I trashed my draft to build a solid group of keepers. He is SO worth the picks.

I have both him and Ichiro...love them SB's!! The only thing that worries me about Crawford is what he pulled last year...basically gave up running for SB's late August into September saying there was no need to hurt himself...ended up tying for the top spot in Stolen Bases because of that...

Is he someone you would sugguest selling high in august?

I wouldn't suggest selling high on him. However, if you can get appropriate value he can be a great guy to sell for equal value in a roto league if you're set on sb's and have a need to fill somewhere else.

Not saying that at all...just couldn't figure out why he was so willing to "give up" like that...I don't plan on letting him go for a LONG time...

Someone should get Tex into fantasy baseball. Maybe he can draft himself in the first round next year and prove everyone else he was right to do so by mashing 50 :-b
