This team should be performing much better...thoughts?

Do I need to make a move or should I sit tight? I'm currently in 8th place and can't really figure out why. The first month of the season my batters were crushing the ball and I was winning all the offense stats and losing all the pitching stats. I traded Konerko for Carpenter and since have been winning all the pitching stats and losing all the batting stats.

Clearly 1B has been an issue because I dealt Konerko and Shelton went ice cold. I don't see any gaping holes though. Should I target Dunn and give up a star pitcher or maybe target Sexson if he gets it going and only give away an OF. Should I look to deal or sit Brian Roberts....he clearly doesn't have the HR potential he did last year to go along with his Stolen Bases, Average, and Runs. Thoughts????
