Chein-Ming Wang doesn't mess around, either. He's very speedy. Fun to watch, too, even if he can't strike anybody out.

It's Halladay. His 13.36 pitches per inning leads the league by a wide margin, and I've heard from the colour guys during the Jays games that he hovers around 2 hours average for his starts. Buerhle is right up there as well, I believe.

maddux has been known to pitch some nice under 2 hour games. he only throws strikes which really keeps it moving. he sucks now but as of last year he and buehrle were in fine company for fastest.

You blink your eyes and he's already out of the game.

if we're talking fast, i'm pretty sure oliver perez falls under the fast games categories. when i say fast, i am referring to being taken out the fastest.
"I dont know who the Royals will have in centerfield now that Estebean German took one in the mouth on a fly ball. Probably Kerry Robinson which means that the Royals start with one out every 3 innings."

It's funnier the first time, and when worded correctly:

Matt Clement. :-° Man he takes forever, and then when someone gets on base he takes even longer. Problem is there's usually a lot of guys that get on base because he sucks so it happens quite often.

As a Sox fan I have to agree. Not only does he pitch scared but he pitches slow. Heaven forbid there is a guy on base.

Westbrook is almost always mentioned during this discussion....so I'll be the first to mention him. He's the fastest.
