Old man Jamie Moyer should be on the list. I've been to two of his games that were 2 hours on the nose and 1 hour 56 minutes in the other (and many other 2 hours games over the years).
Buerhle usually has the rep as the fastest worker.
Verlander was quick against Felix at Seattle too (both pitchers had quality starts).

Im not sure what you mean. Do you mean pitch speed or, quickest time it takes to finish a game?
