i picked him up before his first time around, held onto him while he was sent down... and i have to admit i had my doubts that he'd duplicate his success again when he was called back up.

and i guess i was wrong. glad i held onto him.

i drafted him as the last overall pick in my league....#435 or something. he was owned in 0% of cbs leagues for a while i think i was like the only one with him.

A guy tried to offer me Trot Nixon for him - so this guy is thinking that I am clueless enough to fall for that trade, but I still had the mental capacity to decide to pick up Jer on waivers in the first place :-B

i'm an owner...and not doubter....I finally got to watch him pitch last night...he looks great...but i'd put my money on him NOT going undefeated...and his ERA rising some before the season is over....
