Saw this- very encouraging. His K/9 rate is right up up there with the best in his career lately. His tamina looks like it's there too with the 9 innings.

Let's hope this means a nice 2nd half out of Zack in KC!

How long do you all think it will take for him to get back to the bigs?

Awesome news for Royals fans.

I expect them to take their time with Greinke this time around. I'm not sure bringing him up to KC to experience all this losing will really benefit him much. Instead, I expect Moore will leave Greinke in Wichita for awhile to bond with his Gordon, Butler, Lubanski, etc. and to continue to gain more confidence.

I actually had Greinke in one league and was holding on to him while he was on the DL, unfortunately, I can't do it anymore now that he's NA. Dropped his last week...prolly the reason why he had such a good game. :-D
