Koshansky is blocked by Todd Helton and Votto is blocked by Scott Hatteberg. I'd go with Votto for 2006 and 2007, because I like his chances better.

as for the next ryan howard??? they dont come very often, as he is leading the league in home runs in his FIRST full season. thats alot to expect of any young player.

That's exactly my point. I was comparing Helton to Hatteberg-- like being blocked by Pujols vs. Kevin Millar. So, going with Votto is the way to go. I should have used a clever emoticon, I guess.
