Why is this team 2nd to last?! please help WHIR

I figured this team would be pretty solid. Can anybody suggest what I could do to turn it around or why it is struggling. (The season for this team just started on Jun. 19th, its a 12 team roto league.)

Well, Soriano is really cold, Bay is streaky, and Kemp has cooled some. You don't have a real closer either. Your staff is pretty good, but also is counting on some guys who are having an inconsistent year (Millwood) or on a bad team (Smoltz) or not quite on with their stuff (Willis). I would consider making a trade or two to move Soriano and one of those pitchers for a stud SP (Santana?) or a solid BA/Steals guy like Ichiro and a closer.

See if you can get a real ace for Glaus and someone else. You might need to pick up the next best OF on the WW if you do something like this. Or you could try this deal for a solid RP.

i would agree, only thing you lack is an ace. (contreras is on fire.. but one pitcher cant lead your team.)

Try and get one more pitcher. you will probably have to give up some hitting....

i agree try to make move for like santna or kazmir or liriano or some1 in that level...id try to make some moves to get more consistent players in your line-up like maybing tring to trade soriano for an SP and a good OF like manny or m-cab maybe you can even trade soriano and bay for a great SP and great OF and another descent player...
