Well, it might have something to do with how the last three seasons have seen Jacobs field suppress run-scoring more than almost any other park in baseball.

Are there any flaws in using the Park Factors???

Also are there any more numbers that support that Jacobs Field is a pitchers park??

Run index is the key index, since runs are the goal of hitting. Jacobs 83 run index (100 nuetral), means it suppresses runs 17% to the league average. Petco is the only tougher park for hitters.

Howard, Carlos Lee, David Wright, and a PTBNL for the NL
Ortiz, Dye, Glaus and a PTBNL for the AL.

However, Carlos Lee said that he'll skip the HRD, because of a sore hand.
