I'm in a VERY competitive 5x5, 12-team, mixed, non-keeper roto points league and to maximize the performance and productivity of my lineup, will need to add a quality mid-infielder. Jose Reyes of the NYM and newcomer Utley of the Phillies are the best options currently available. Berroa starts @ SS, the versatile A. Boone @2B mostly, and D.Young-Hinske were the 3B platoon until Young started missing playing time due to injuries so Teixeira was picked up. Between Young-Hinske-Teixeira, Young will face the weakest teams overall while Hinske's are weak in September and Teixeira's in August. Young may not be 100% for the rest of the season but has the most position flexibility of the 3 in my league. It could prove to be a pivotal decision as I have a very real chance of unseating the first place team to win the championship. Your comments welcome.
