The Phillies brought up Chase Utley who is basically the #1 prospect in a real deep Phillies farm system. Really high upside and he is hitting the ball real well. If you need avg. and runs, in a deep league, mgiht be worth a shot.

Hey the Cheat, Thanks for helping me...cheat.

he has been hitting the ball well and i am considering picking him up, however i am a stubborn ray durham owner who is holding out hope that he comes off the DL and contributes.....
i posted this in another thread but is it certain that utley will keep his job the rest of the season? someone mentioned that bell may be lost for the year so polanco will stay at the corner and rollins at short...

Utley or Cintron for the rest of the year? Anyone have an opinion?

both hit in the bottom of their lineups (with cintron hitting 2nd when spivey gets the start lately), but if utley is going to be the starting 2b the rest of the way, he might be the better option b/c of the superior lineup in philly, but cintron's advantage is he gives you position flexibility. i'm a cintron owner and can attest to his relative steadiness (with occasional flashes of power) so he is certainly not a bad choice either.

In my league we can keep three rookie keepers. Who would you rather keep, Utley, who hasnt proven anything, or Jose Reyes, who is hitting alright and swipes a few bags. My other two rookie keepers are Harden and Teixeira. I have A-rod at shortstop and Vidro at second, but i would play either reyes or ultey at middle infield.
