I think you have a solid team. You could use another arm because you are putting a lot of faith in rookies and a glass man Prior. Your line up looks solid but tough break with the news about Rios. When Rios returns I would consider starting Granderson over Ibanez.

arroyo - sell high
rios - sell high
sanchez - sell high
DO NOT TRADE ANYONE ELSE!!
your IF looks nice other than this.
your OF looks good and deep. I would package an OF Rios with prior
and see if you can land a top flight closer like krod to compliment ryan and grab an OF something like magglio ordonez whos consistantly produced all season.

nomar at 1b shouldn't happen. how many teams in your league? you should get a better slugger at that position and deal him for someone that needs a SS

I agree I'd try to sell high on some of your players. Harrang and Bronson might not be able to keep it up, along with Rios.

try to package nomar and arroyo for a slugger and/or top pitcher, overall a solid team though.

team looks good, your 3b are a little lacking, is Ryan Zimmerman available? probably not. I would look to move Arroyo, he's never thrown this many innings before in his career hasnt won in 10 starts or something.
