Casey Kotchman

I put this on this board because I still see Casey Kotchman as a prospect. He was just dropped in our very deep keeper league. What is his future and is he going play a lot this year. Is he gonna be a great player in the near future. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

I think Morales will have something to say about Kochman reclaiming the job at first base. He made need a trade.

The Angels original intent was for Kotchman to be the 1Bman since he is far superior to Morales defensively, and for Morales to be the primary DH.
He is not going to play much this year because of the illness.
When he is in playing shape, he will head to AAA and probably be a september call-up.

I expect him to be a starter next year.
