He's a stud when healthy. It's just a question of when he will get injured again.
He will strike out about 8.5/9, and has really started to harness his stuff in the last 2 years. (2004: bb/9 of 2.8 2005: 3.4) Although that still isn't top notch, it is much improved from his 2000-2002 seasons, when he averaged about 4.5.
Another plus is that he should get great run support pitching for the Blue Jays.
