Bush turning in another quality start

bush is in the middle of his 3rd consecutive strong start although he's losing 1-0

time to pick him up if he's available for all you hamels owners out there

I beg to differ. I've had Bush the whole year meanwhile he gets no respect. His whip is great, and anyone who knows anything knows that whip is far more representative than era. Once again, he's just unlucky not to get the win.

he's been consistently good in 3 out of his last 4 starsts....every player is gonna have a bad game every once in a wile but he's got nice strikeout totals....good player to have on your roster, even if you spot start him.

Unfortunately it's 6.2 ip for bush so no win for the poor guy even though brewers now lead.

I think it's fair to say that just about anybody here at the Cafe could post a quality start against the Cubs. They're dead last in Runs, OBP (.310!) and SLG.

Bush will be interesting to watch the rest of the year. The stats guys keep talking about how his expected ERA is much lower than his real ERA. But my concern is run support if Carlos Lee is traded. The Brewers are only middle of the pack offensively with him in the lineup, and without him....

i had bush at the beginning of the season and i ended up dropping him but right now, my perceptions of his starts are changing. i think he`s got a lot of talent and just needed time to harness it.
