Since the consensus is clearly that Hamels is a "piece of sheet", I've decided to drop him too. I figure since I jumped on the bandwagon to get him, I'll jump on the bandwagon to drop him.
Good riddance.

I'm very disappointed in his performance today, but I definitely will not drop him for two reasons. #1, I have him in a keeper league so his upside is worth his shaky starts, and #2, he has two starts next week against the Padres, and the Pirates. I will, at the very least, keep him until after that.

I definitely wouldn't drop him in a keeper league where you keep a large number of players or a dynasty. His stuff is wicked. He's just not polished enough to keep around in a redraft.
I feel that his time on my roster is short-lived as well. I've got to get Patterson back off the DL, and was between Hamels and E. Santana as the pitcher to get rid of, most likely. Cole hasn't given me much to hang onto so far. Might give him another week, as mentioned above, but beyond that, I dunno. . . .
TomS. '12 H2H season standings: Team 1 = 140 - 118 - 12, 4 OF 12 Team 2 = 84 - 97 - 9, 6 OF 8
