Where do you think Lugo will end up? There was talk of the Red Sox but Gonzalez has been hitting and is solid on defense. The Mets?

im actually a big red sox fan and have heard this rumor too. additionally, they are apparently interested in ss Carlos Guillen of the Tigers. although, i cant see guillen being traded right now, who do you think would be the more savvy aquisition for the sox, guillen or lugo?

I highly doubt that'll happen. Gonzalez is one of the best SS this season (defensive-wise) even if his offense isn't as great. Plus, why would you mess up a Lowell, Gonzalez 3B/SS combo. They came from the Marlins and why wreck that? The Sox infield is amazing and trading away Gonzalez is, imo, a stupid move.

If the Red Sox trade it will be for a pitcher. They don't need hitting or 3 lead off hitter right now.

I also think the Sox will keep Gonzalez at SS
Speaking of Julio Lugo, he's hit 7 home runs in June

I think Lugo w/ stay w/ the D-rays. He's been talked about being moved for the past 3 years, and hasn't gone any where.

I would love to see Lugo at SS or 2B for the Jays and plug Hill at the other position that Lugo does not play.
