My main concerns right now are Johnny Gomes and Jorge Cantu?
This is a new this season mixed keeper league with only six teams! Every body has a good team! Next year were hoping for 4 - 6 more teams? Should I drop Gomes and Cantu for..... Fielder,Dunn,Helton,Morneau,Rollins,O.Cabrera,Granderson....etc.??

I would hang on to Cantu for now (even if it means stashing him on your bench). He's just coming off of a foot injury and he hasn't really dialed in yet. When he does, his 2B numbers rival Utley's... there's still another half to go.
