I need advice on my team.

Should I sit tight or make another move? If so, who should I look to move and for what? I even received an offer of Roy Oswalt for Carlos Beltran. And Roy Oswalt for J.D. Drew and Joe Nathan. But the main point of my message is to get an overall analysis of my team from everyone.

Bonds is done, and worthless in a keeper league. I would try to unload him for a younger guy.

I am not trying to play for next year. I think I have a legit chance at 2nd place. I want to know whether I should stay as is or if I need to make any changes, where and whom? (ie: the proposed trade above) or if I should drop anyone and if so who should I pick-up? Anyone? Please.
