Anyone know anything about this guy?? trade rumors have the Rays trading Hall/Hendrickson for him. What type of player is he? can he throw out baserunners?

I kept him for this year believing he was a top prospect, but he's been hurt most of the year, and lost the starting job to Russ Martin. I think he will be a solid hitter, but I believe base-runners were a perfect 16 for 16 in stolen base attempts against him this season.
