when i went to NO (before katrina) the first thing the cab driver told me was that if i went to the french quarter i should "check the goods" before paying because you cant always notice the adams apple.

i dont do that kind stuff, i just thought it was odd and scary that i was barely in the cab and the driver already warned me about it.
