Well with the make up and wigs on I bet they look different than their natural appearence.
Also, if you don't catch them red handed you really can't prove anything.

The red handed part is what I was getting at. Video footage works just fine down here in Texas to convict people, so why not there?
I know they would look quite a bit different, but experts could still match them up on computers, so I just don't see the problem with a lack of evidence if they would install security cameras that are taping everything.

Actually, AA, I'm from the sister city of Mobile about 2 hours East on I-10.....and that story reminds me WHY I chose to not take a job in NO a few years ago.....
