Am I reading stattracker right? Is it really raining in Montreal? Don't they have a dome?
Rest in peace Mitch Hedberg. I name my fantasy team "Buoyancy of Citrus", in your honor.

umm no madison. Olympic stadium's roof is not retractable. The electrical shortage caused the lights to go out. Stat tracker put rain delay because it is the only thing they have to describe a delay in play. It probably wasnt even raining.

The Big Owe's roof was retractable at one point. They built the freaking fiasco for the 1976 Olympics and ran out of time and money so never put the roof on it until something like 1988 it was an open air stadium. Not really open air, just a dome with a cutout about the size of the playing field. Then, they put the roof on, but it never really worked properly and whenever they retracted it in any kind of wind it would rip in two, so they took it back off for another few years, before finally just putting a permanent non-retractable roof on. That horrible stadium wound up costing Montreal taxpayers over a billion dollars because of it's ridiculous design and shoddy construction.
