You don't have much team speed.

At first glance your staff doesn't look so great, but guys likke Arroyo and C Young have been a lot better than expected. Are you in first place?

7-8

You seem to be low on SBs, and you are relying on alot of potential in Reyes and Lester for your SPs - if you could get a workhorse starter to go with Webb and Kazmir, your staff would be secure

8.5 More speed and keep an eye on shields and lester. I'm not completly sold on them for THIS year.

I'd give you a 7. Great hitters, though no speed, your SP's aren't very strong IMO. You have some young unproven guys there.
