With Garcia now having two straight respectable starts, it's highly doubtful that Soriano will be moving into the rotation. He will get you a nice ERA and WHIP and lots of Ks in middle relief, but only a few vulture wins at best. There's also no chance at all of him getting saves this year, with Hasegawa, Sasaki and Benitez in front of him.
I watch nearly every Brewer game and Kolb is pitching lights out right now. He throws 95+ and his fastball dives all over the place. I don't know if he's been "officially" named the closer, but he's certainly the guy right now. Pick him up if you need saves. Just remember he pitches for the Brewers and saves can sometimes be few and far between.

93% of LEAUGES have him owned. If you figure in 10 teams per league that comes to 9.3% of owners. If you factor in the other 7% where he's still availiable, the number dropps below 9%. I said less than 10% just to be nice.
Pretty basic math on that one.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....

Well then using that logic only 10% own Pujols meaning he must suck and I don't want him on my team.

Why does everyone want to be difficult today?
All I'm saying is don't let the percentage of leagues where Kolb is owned affect your better judgement. Just like Yahoo rankings. Kolb is owned in 4 of my 5 leagues and not one of the teams that have him are above 9th place in saves. Those are the guys scraping the bottom of the barrell for saves.
The big difference is how many owners would want or need Kolb. I'm guessing 30% would be about right. I don't know of any team out there that wouldn't want or need Pujols.
Is Kolb doing the job? Yes, and he's doing well when he gets the ball. Will the Brewers win many games? No, their record speaks for itself. Is Kolb valuable? Depends on your team's needs.

I have to agree with flloyd here, Madison. That was some pretty fuzzy math you used.
