For a 12 team league your team looks pretty strong. You could probably pick your least favorite OF and throw in your least favorite reliever and come out with a good SP.

Yes, you could use some SP help, BUT Clemens should be his normal ridiculously good self and Carpenter has a high likelihood of turning it around.
