MLB TV

Does anyone have MLB TV. I dont want to use the player on there site and am trying to use windows media, or apple quick time. With Window media I cant find a open url and in apple this doesnt bring up the game. Can anyone please help.

I also have a question about it, how do I play the games in realplayer? Whenever I use windows media player, it's very choppy and freezes my internet. What can I do to use MLBTV with realplayer? Thanks.

I cant even find this prefernce tab that FAQ says will allow you to configure your player. Its not there or I am completely blind

When I used to have that service, it would ask me whether I wanted to use Real Player or WMP when it launched.

It doesnt ask for anything. MLB has its own media player and I cant use my own stand alone. They try to help in FAQ but this doesnt give the correct info. Anyone else has info on this subject?

I've run it with Real, WMP and via the browser. I think it asks you the first time you use it. You may try checking your preferences in the browser and also account setup in mlb.com. unfortunately I forget how I did it.

I'm using the browser that comes with Real Player and still, every time I use MLBTV it opens with WMP. I have real player set as my default player yet it still opens with WMP. How can I used real player with MLBTV?

i think you right click on the player (the image part) and you should see some options.

the mlb.tv support really stinks.
