in a standard 5x5 roto 12 team league, what is the most points you guys have ever had? right now im sitting at 101.5, 2nd place is 80.5

Good score, but no record breaker. I got 129 out of 144 in a 6X6 league once. If guys feel like bragging you'll be seeing some better scores than that.

yeh alot of teams have more than that, just depends on how active the league. Winning public leagues is easy
