Why would you ask that question at this point?

Has he even pitched an inning in the majors yet?

Seen him pitch here in Buffalo several times. He doesn't have a great fastball at all(87-89 MPH), but still manages to get guys out. 9-1 record in Buffalo and only loss came in a doubleheader where he lost 2-1(7 innings). I took a flyer on him in my AL-Only league. I don't think he'll be returning to Buffalo anytime soon.

From what I've heard, he sounds like a Maddux type pitcher. Not much speed but locates the ball great and changes speeds well.

He's not much of a strike out pitcher.

The last guy I remember that they said that about was Zack Grienke and the verdict is still out on him.

Well, for one, Sowers doesn't play for the horrible Royals. He plays for the Indians which means he'll get his share of run support. And Zack Grienke got forced into a horrible situation...at least I think so. They may have ruined that kid.
