Bill Hall: could be benched tomorrow

Hall was removed from the game in the fourth inning after being part of some sloppy defensive work that led to a big inning for the Royals against Doug Davis. Rotoworld speculates that he could be benched for tomorrow's game.

Thanks for the heads up. I was wondering about that abbreviated box score line. That would suck though (for Hall owners). Brewers face a lefty (and a crappy one at that), and Hall destroys lefties.

Update: it wasn't sloppy defence that resulted in Hall being removed from the game. Instead it was the result of flu-like symptoms, according to manager Ned Yost.

I guess it doesn't change the outcome though. I'm guessing he'll be out tomorrow.
