Any word on Pudge?

reports say day to day but does anyone know how bad the injury is? i'm in a weekly transaction league and need to figure out if i should bench him?

Pudge wanted to play today, but Jimmy decided to give him another day of rest. Pudge didn't even want to come out of the game on Friday when he hurt the wrist. According to Leyland, he hopes to have him start tomorrow (Sunday).

DETROIT: Manager Jim Leyland held C Ivan Rodriguez out of the lineup as a precaution. Rodriguez has a bruise on his wrist from a foul ball on Friday night. "He's ready to play," Leyland said Saturday. "I think he's mad at me because he wants to play, but he'll play tomorrow. He's gotten beaten up pretty good, but he's tough as nails."

Found this in yesterdays game notes. Sounds like Pudge is fine and will play today.
