Is this team well-balanced enough?

My roster is in the sig below. Does this team have enough of everything to compete for the long haul? Thinking of looking to drop someone to maybe pick up Burnett and/or Borowski.

IMO, your team needs hitting. I'd look for replacements for Francouer and Mench. DeRosa has been hot, but I doubt he can keep it up for another month. Maybe trade Johnson and Santana/Lackey for a OF. Then pick up Burnett/ I would actually pick up Burnett and drop Mench right now.
