Is Jeter better than Renteria for the rest of the season?

Jeter has been on fire lately, but his SB are low and he doesn't have a lot of power. It looks like he is in the third spot in the Yanks lineup, which should help his numbers. Is he better than Renteria for the rest of the season?

yes, even with the injury, jeter tops edgar. he's hitting for average and is hitting a few homers here and there. there's really no need to steal bases when batting in front of giambi. when he bats leadoff, i see it as a possibility

Jeter won't stay in the 3 spot for long. Expect him to go back to his normal 2 spot or leadoff is Soriano struggles again. I think I would take Jeter over Renteria, especially since he's been on fire. His average is back to what it was a few years ago. I expect his SB's to increase.

I'll take Renteria ... and I won't have to wait for anything, not SB, not HR's nothing .. Just solid production every week ... you all can have Jeter. :-)
