Sounds eerily like the Guarardo/Putz situation early in the year. Many felt Guarardo would win the job back...........still waiting!

im starting to think last night was the last straw for me with valverde....id been hoping he comes back, but posting that era last night caused me a major setback.
looks like i know who to drop for reyes now.

in roto, big K, low-ratio MRs are gold b/c of the constant cumulative effect. they good for a whole seson as opposed to random plug-ins in h2h wheree you'd rather have someone who will get a save or a W. looks like he's still got a ways to go to regain that luster though.
I'm sorry if it looks like I was asking just so I could argue with you -- but I don't see this. Clean innings are just as important in H2H as they are in Roto. Sure the good innings you get in June mean nothing in August...but they mean so much more in the week you get them. I think there's a lot of conventional wisdom about the benefits of certain players in H2H vs. Roto that just won't survive close scrutiny. But thanks for giving me your thoughts on the subject.
