Now, if we're talking about guys who are owned but still aren't getting the restpect, sure Holliday's there, but he's got nothing to complain about compared to Jose Lopez. Others noteworthy: Dan Uggla, Jose Castillo, Nick Swisher, Justin Morneau, and Orlando Cabrera.

another overlooked player who everyone seems to forget about is garrett atkins.. this kid is a stud

G Atkins is own by almost 100% of the leagues so I don't think he qualifies...

.379 4 HR 16 RBI 42 Runs 6 SB

all in just 153 AB.

He would lead the majors in BA but right now it is a min of 224 AB to qualify.

His 42 runs in 153 AB is the best ratio in the majors for anyone with significant ABs. AL leader Grady Sizemore with 60 runs in 295 AB has .203 r/ab and NL leader Reyes (62/311) has a .199 r/ab - Reed has a .275 r/ab 8-o

So you say, Mookie, that's great but he is a part time platoon/pinch hitter kinda guy. That may have been the case but Reed has now started in 15 of the 20 games for the Jays this month and the Jays lost all five games that Reed did not start this month!

So just a heads up, if you need help in BA and runs Reed Johnson is sitting there on the ww.

He would also lead the league in OBP if he was eligible. I picked him up a couple of days ago to ride out this hot streak, and boy has he paid off. Reed will eventually regress, though. He's not this good.
