He's going to Coors this weekend. If he leaves the Rocky Mountains with only a couple of doubles to his name, it's probably time to assume that something is seriously off with him--either a hidden injury, steroid/HGH withdrawal, or a hole in his swing that he can't compensate for.

I think Tex owners have stopped expecting home runs from him. Now we can only hope.

He's far more likely to benefit from a homestand than a trip to Coors.

Coors is a league average park, Arlington (and Citizens Bank) is the real hitter's dream now.

Well, the fact that Coors field is not playing as a HR launching pad probably has more to do with pitching and lack of hitting than anything, no? Has anything happened to change the physical characteristics of Coors to account for the dropoff? If not, then any player is still going to have an easier time hitting one out of Coors than anywhere else, all else being equal, unless the previous 10-15 years of data are bogus.

Right now, Tex is looking like one of the biggest non-injury related flops in fantasy history. He may be a bigger flop than Beltran was last season...and that is pretty hard to do.

Man has not hit a homer in about a month. Man hits doubles though...where is that duck? Hmmm...now that I think about it, Tex does sort of look, walk and quack like a duck.

With Tex all you can do is pray & hope he figures it out. Hopefully the heat in Texas will do the trick.

Unless you can get close value for him from a guy who think he'll blow up down the stretch you have to sit tight.
