In 13th place, help me make a run...WHIR

I am in 13th place and just can't seem to get anything going. I made a trade this week to help my rotation because I am getting killed in pitching categories.

I gave: Wright/Rowand/Putz
I got: Santana/Atkins/Lowell

Once Sheets gets over his severe case of vaginosis, I think that I will have a GREAT rotation for a 16 team league. I am going to be picking up another RP to help with ratios and possibly some holds here soon...just dont know who I want to drop (Giles/Cain/Hamels). I have been shopping all of them around and can't get anything for them. What do I need to do to make a run here? This is my first year of H2H, I have won the league the last 5 playing roto, and I am struggling with this type of league...I need help. I will help anyone who helps me, thanks for helping me make this late season run.

It looks like OF and 1B are your major strenghts. I am also suffering from Sheets' mental weakness right now. It looks like once he comes back and gets going your staff should be excellent.I'm not a huge Lowell fan, I would try and shop around with him and Shields and try to pick up a little bit more power, it looks like Thome and Bay probably anchor your team in the power categories. Kazmir has been superb as of late, you can probably sell him very high right now in return for a big time closer like Jenks or Gordon.
