I am currently in third place in my 10 team, h2h, 5x5 leauge, and am looking for advice. I really need help with K's, S's, and SB's. How can I make the jump from third to first. Any help is appreciated, and as always WHIR.

You look to be pretty stacked at SP. I'm thinking trading one of your better ones could fetch you a decent SB guy like Figgins, Crawford, Suzuki plus one more RP like Otsuka. If you are willing to part with one of your aces they should be able to fetch a guy that will get you SB's and a top notch closer like Papelbon, Rivera, Jenks, or Gordon. I'm not a huge Glaus fan either so you might want to throw him in the trade with a good SP.

Rogers vaule ill never be higher. Willis and the Marlins look like they are playing better but they will be out of it by the all star break. Doesn't look like they are gonna move hime either but who knows. And Glaus will not IMO duplicate his preformance in the 2nd half of the season.

And that should give you lots of otions or at least someplace to start...
