I screwed up on Peralta and Weeks.
Weeks is great H2h but stinks in points.
I thought he'd have Uggla power

I'm too lazy to make a sig at the moment

Tiex, Rollins, Chavez have hurt
Not trading Gomes during his hot start for Papelbon has really hurt.

peralta and marcus giles both hurt, although ive since traded giles. I also figured that Felix would be at least solid from the get go.
I thought i could get by with orvella, weathers and dempster as my closers. Whoops.
welcome home andy

1. Not picking up Papelbon becuase I thought Foulke would be the closer.
2. Dropping Dye because I thought Hawpe was the real deal.
3. Buying low on King Felix only to sit him on the bench most of the time.
4. Trading away Jeter becuase I though Hanley Ramirez was a god send off of the waiver wire.
5. Trading away Kenny Rogers becuase I thought his numbers would drop off.
6. Drafting Big Tex and Sexson as my 1B and Utility!?!??!!?!
7. Thinking I got some sleepers this year in Bonds and Griffey late in the draft.
That's it so far.....

This is a sweet thread.
Next year I'm not going to make a single one of these mistakes
The Ryan Church train crashed before it really ever got going
I just jumped to my death from the Ryan Langerhans trash heap....somehow he didn't turn into
In two leagues this year I drafted Sexon over Howard who I pegged for a soph slump, all the while naively calling Francoeur a sure fire allstar

I thought I had drafted a terrific trio of starting pitchers with Rich Harden, Bartolo Colon, and Randy Johnson.
Alex Rios has helped ease the pain.

Drafting A-Rod before Pujols (we count BB, AVG, K'd).
Panicking after Sizemore was taken and drafting Francoeur in the 7th round.
Drafting Peavy before Pedro and Carpenter.

Picked up Alex Rios when he got hot, then dropped him top weeks later when he ad an 0fer and some tough mathups were coming up.... I thought I was riding a hot streak and bailing at just the right time, turns out, I was dropping a new stud.
