anyone know Halladay's ERA this year excluding his first few terrible games? That would be interesting to know for a comparison.

Halladay overall Era is 3.40, excluding those first 2 starts I still dont believe he has a better ERa then Hudson b/c Halladay won more games due to the Toronto offense. Hudson AL Best .211 opp batt. avg and 1.01 whip beat Halladay easily. If u had Hudson since June on ur team then odds are if u started him every time out, that ur era and whip were greatly improved.

its a little too early to predict who will win the a.l. cy young, but if it were up to me, i would say mark mulder. compared to hudson, most of their stats are very similar but the one statistic that stands out to me the most is the 9 complete games because it shows that he can pitch effectivley and keep his pitch count down. i know his away era is horrible but if it werent for that florida explosion, his era would be very decent. he should turn out to be a 21 game winner, while huddy is projected for another 15 win season. i know foulke stole a few wins, but a win is a win and the point is, huddy needs to keep his pc down like last night in order to pitch more cg's.

I don't even own him on any teams (bad luck really) and I still think he should get the Cy Young. Good deal.

huddy or mulder?
both very deserving and mulder 9cg's are amazing. but no one has consistently pitched better then hudson and loaza. just to show the a's are
The A's are 20-5 in games that Hudson has started.
What does that tell you, it tells a lot.
