what can/should i do to get my team back into first as i was a few weeks ago? should i just wait out the little time left on pujols and dlee's injuries or is there a deal you think i could swing to improve my team? and no i havent just left pujols in my lineup the whole time, i recently put him back in and dropped huff after i heard he was coming back very soon. I made a bet in 2003 that the Devil Rays would win the 2008 World Series. Oh so close.

Does Glaus have SS eligibility in your league now? If so he or Rollins becomes a VERY tradeable commodity. I'd look what type of an of'er or second baseman you can get for one of those two, shift Youk to third base and put Lee in the CI slot. Trading one of those two (if Glaus has SS eligibility) basically allows you to slide D. Lee right back into the order without displacing any current players. I'd be looking for a second baseman...while I like Cabrera and Loretta a stud 2b guy could be huge for your offense and since you're trading a ss to get him a lot of teams will be able to work with you given the MI slot.
Well once Lee and Pujols are back, that obviously will be a huge lift. I would look into trading Glaus also because although he has great power numbers, his BA has been dipping continously and is about .250 right now which can hurt you. Youkilis is another tradeable player because I doubt he will repeat his first half in the 2nd half but maybe you can sell him high. The only other thing i could suggest is looking to get rid of Dempster and get another closer.
You most definitely need OF help. Maybe package glaus or rollins (if glauss is ss eligible) for a bad ass OF, or just trade one of your pitchers (you have plenty of talent) for an OF or Utley.
I like your roster. Sick starting rotation, sick closers, sick batting. You've had set backs because of losing Pujols, and D Lee, plus Peavy's struggles and lack of run support. You're position in the league should climb now that Pujols is back, and soon you'll have D Lee back in that U spot and you'll be untouchable. As for Peavy, all the aces have had rough outings, any pitcher that scores you 28 points and takes the loss is unbelievable.
I would drop all bench batters ie Freel, Francour, and look to seek some hot pitching prospects. I like having a lot of good starters, as the 2 start weeks and good matchups work out for your team.
