Had a cold-off-the-bench hit tonight and played the last few innings at SS.

So the question is, does he play more time at SS while the team tries to move him? Personally, with an arm like Furcal's, I'd like to see him move to 3B while Mueller is still out, and Izzy to take over at SS so he can showcase his talents.

With such a talented guy (defensively), what do you think LA can get?

I think that's a good idea. I never thought about moving Furcal to third. Heck, he'd probably do better considering how poor he's been playing defensively at SS. I think the Dodgers need to trade for a SP, bundling Izturis with somebody else.

It would only be temporary. Besides, the Yanks did it with the best SS in baseball.

But yeah ... we need Izzy SOMEWHERE at least until we move him. A SP would do the trick. Maybe we can trick someone into taking Seo/Odalis?

He's at 3B tonight, and 2-for-2. 1.000 on the season ...
