Check his splits over the years. Historically, he falls apart after the AS break... Nothing is guaranteed in baseball, but it's a big glaring trend that's gone on for years.

^lovely. because up till this month he has been HORRIBLE. The worst starter ive ever seen, he has managed to not only suck at hitting but fielding as well.
Now you are telling me THAT is going to fall apart in the second half? how bad could he get?

he sort of has that corey patterson swing at everything approach. this month its working out for him. that sort of thing can turn around quickly though. however, he does look a little more relaxed lately. perhaps he has changed a little but...not so much that he will keep hitting well above .300 but maybe enough so that he wont fall apart later in the year.
