Peavy is more of a bust.

I'm not sure I'd say that. Sure, his is ERA is high, but his WHIP is respectable and he has a high strikeout total. He would have more wins but he's had some bad luck on the mound (16 K loss, Roberts running into wall).

Peavy isn't pitching that bad...tex has only 6 homers in almost 3 months!

I avoided him in all leagues because I thought he wasn't going to repeat his '05 numbers, but I never thought he would be anything close to this bad

DM, what is the word on Peavy? His indicators don't explain his ERA. His DIPS ERA is only 3.64 which is encouraging.

The talk regarding Teix is that once it gets more humid in Texas, the balls will carry more in Arlington. That, and he's trying to correct a swing error.

Considering I traded D Lee away to get Tex, I certainly hope that doesnt' happen!!

Tex is the biggest bust of the year. Even if he blows up he's still not gonna touch numbers he was expected to put up.
