The rule for our minor leauge system is that we are allowed to keep 5 players for free.
If we want to keep more than 5 we have to give up our lowest draft pick in next years minor league draft.

I have traded to get some picks so I can keep more minor leaguers, so now I can keep 10 for free.

I am pretty much playing for next season, so I am not looking to pic up any old talent.
