T. Gorzelanny (Pit)
D. McGowan (Tor)
J. Vargas (Fla)-was rushed last year but did pretty well. Absolutely can't pitch to righthanders this year. If he figures it out, he'll be a mid-end rotation type. If he doesn't(which is what I think will happen, also the Marlins is SP rich with Anibal Sanchez close to ready next year), he'll be a LOOGY
J. Hammel (TB)-mid-end rotation pitcher, nothing special
J. Tata (Det)
G. Floyd (Phi)-losing the zip on his fastball, which wasn't all that fast to began with. Getting way too predictable with his curve. First 2 starts down in AAA was great ER and k wise but the WHIP wasn't too special and he got knocked around a bit in the 3rd start.
D. Bautista (KC)-injury prone, terrible control. Think Daniel Cabrera. I don't have much faith that the Royals can fix him.
R. Hill (ChC)Don't know too much about him but the reputation before the season was that he has better stuff than some of those prospects(Marshall namely) that is finding success in the majors. He probably has better upside than everybody else I wrote about on this list. Great curve, if he ever finds good control he can be very good.
S. Casilla (Oak)Oh, boy. Jairo Garcia. Still has great stuff but because he was not as young as advertised, I have my doubts about him ever developing good control to be the setup man/closer that we thought he'd be a couple years ago. His k rate looks okay now but is a bit hittable right now, probably leaving too many pitches in the middle of the plate.
W. Ledezma (Det)
Da. Meyer (Oak)-he's done, forget about him. I can't even dump him off in my dynasty.
A. Lerew (Atl)
A. Sisco(KC)-won't be a starter.

I don't know all of them but will comment on those I know.
Are you interested in joining a 28 teams dynasty league? If so, PM me.

Little note on Hammel, With Niemann coming back and looking good, Having shields, Kaz, Hendo, EJax, Mason and others, i don't see room for hammel. Like it was said above he is an end of rotation guy and we don't really need him with the other guys we have.
