Went from 3rd to 9th in a month, how? WHIR

About a month ago I was sitting in 3rd by a few points but the nose dive began and I lost almost 30 points. The league is 5X5 12 team, keep 12.

OF Tracy, Burrell, Kearns, Feliz

SP Kazmir, Verlander, Lowe, Lowry, Wakefield, Lester, Reyes
RP Papelbon, Cordero, Zumaya, Hansen

Will this team rebound? I wanted to deal Burrell for an OF with a better average since I'm tied for last in average but who should I look at? HR/WHIP/ERA are the only stats I'm real strong in so far

i'd see if you can move verlander, possibly for a better ss (until injury hit the brew crewhall hall wasn't an everday player). verlander is going to be on a pitch count the rest of the season.
