look lets face it my team needs work but where do i start? please let me no what i need to do to move my team up in the standings

12 team h2h league and being scored in R, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, W, SV, K, ERA, WHIP

I would get a solid outfielder and get Roberts off your team. I would also look for a closer. Try and pair Uggla and Figgins together for a bat and either a closer or a starter.

Wilkerson is probably killing your AVG. I would try to get a closer and another SP
