Josh Johnson is lucky he didn't give up 5 or so runs agaisnt the Jays. He pitched horribly (8 hits and 6 walks in 5.2 innings), but the Jays couldn't capitalize at all. They actually left 15 runners on base! :-°

Don't expect the Yankees and Red Sox to have the same problems.

Actually, you can expect the Red Sox to do the same. They are on of the worst teams when it comes to LOB.

Even if his performance is poor during one of these outtings, I'll still take a ratio of 9 stellar starts for every subpar one.

I own Johnson in a Dynasty, and thought about selling high....but I cannot bring myself to do so.....He has made me very happy, and I am a believer...all you haters keep wishing, cause this kid has dominated this year.....

I think you should be trading away J.Johnson now. For Matt Cain in a keeper is a good deal. For Roberts too. This dude is doin well now, but will tail off soon. Just like the topic of this post.
I was in Los Angeles, and the team was playing in San Diego, but I didn't know it. I had taken LSD at noon. I thought it was an off-day. At 1pm, my girlfriend and trip partner looked at the paper and said, "Dock, you're pitching today!"

His worst outing of the season, (which really wasn't that bad) now he's going to callapse?? I own him and i'd start him against both the Yanks and the Sox.

2ER through 2 innings...we'll see how this ends up. Not looking too good so far.
