Improvements?

Just looking for some thoughts on improvements to the team, particularly in the pitching rotation. As this is the first year of the dynasty league I think I had a good draft and made som pick ups on the FA and WW market.

I know Crosby isnt the answer at SS, looking to see if towrds the end of the year if I can pry S. Drew or Wood away from there owners. What do you think they would end up costing me?
